For the pizza dough
For this pizza dough recipe place the flour, sugar, salt and yeast into a large bowl. In a separate jug have the oil and the warm water. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix together well to form a dough.
If you have an electric mixer with a dough hook use this to knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Otherwise you can knead it by hand for about 10 minutes. When the dough is smooth and springy place it back in the bowl and cover loosely with a tea towel. Leave it in a warm enough place, close to a radiator or near the cooker, to prove until doubled in size which takes about 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat your oven as per the instructions on the Glenhaven pack, remembering that ovens may vary slightly.
When the dough is ready, divide it into 4 equal parts. Dust your worktop with flour and roll out your dough, to about ¼ inch thick, forming a round pizza shape.
Pour the passata onto the pizza base, smoothing it out evenly to the edges. Sprinkle each with the sweetcorn, mozzarella and a handful of Glenhaven Poppers Chicken.
Place on a floured baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the pizza base is golden underneath.
