Combo Party Platter of Chicken Wings and Dippers

We’ve got your party food covered for your next get together at home! With three super simple dips (Blue Cheese, Ranch Style & Spicy Mayonnaise Dips) bursting with flavour to pair with our tasty Glenhaven Chicken Wings and Dippers, you can prepare your guests finger food in minutes!

  • Yields: 6-8

Ingredients

1 Glenhaven Foods Hot'n Spicy Wings 500g pack

1 Glenhaven Foods BBQ Wings 500g pack

1 Glenhaven Foods Battered Dippers 650g pack

For Blue Cheese Dip mix all of these ingredients together

75 g blue cheese, mashed

100 ml Greek style natural yoghurt

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 pinch salt

For the Ranch Style Dip mix all of these ingredients together

100 g cottage cheese

100 g Greek style natural yoghurt

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 spring of parsley, finely chopped

1 pinch salt and pepper

For the Spicy Mayo Dip mix all of these ingredients together

150 g mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tsp Tabasco sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 pinch pepper

Directions

1Heat your oven as per the instructions on the Glenhaven pack, remembering that ovens may vary slightly.

2Place your Glenhaven Chicken Wings and Dippers onto three separate baking trays and into the oven to bake as per the packs instructions.

3Prepare each of the three dips in separate bowls as per the ingredients above.

4Serve immediately once everything is cooked through.
