Healthy Chicken Wrap with Red Pepper and Tomato Salsa.

This delicious and healthy wrap recipe, using our succulent Glenhaven Southern Fried Chicken Fillets, topped with a refreshing tomato salsa, is such a quick and easy lunch idea! Served warm or cold.

1 Glenhaven Foods Southern Fried Chicken Fillets - pack of 4
For the Salsa
1Heat your oven as per the instructions on the Glenhaven pack, remembering that ovens may vary slightly.
2Place your Glenhaven Chicken Fillets into the oven and bake as per the pack instructions. Remove when cooked and allow to cool slightly before slicing each fillet into strips.
3To make the salsa, place the lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, tomato, garlic, chilli and spring onions into a bowl and mix through. Season with salt to taste and set aside in the fridge for a short time.
4Take your wraps and lay some of the Iceberg lettuce down the centre of each one. Top the lettuce with the sliced chicken, which can be served warm or allowed to cool down, depending on your preference. Spread some salsa on top of the chicken and roll up the wraps.
5Slice in half and serve immediately.
