Salt & Chilli Shredded Crispy Chicken with Rice

Who doesn’t love a Chinese style stir fry! Our take on crispy chilli chicken, using Glenhaven Foods delicious Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken is perfect for a family or get together!
1 Genhaven Foods Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken 320g pack.
1Heat your oven as per the instructions on the Glenhaven pack, remembering that ovens may vary slightly.
2Place your Glenhaven Shredded Chicken into the oven and bake as per the pack instructions.
3Place the lemon juice into a bowl with the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, water and cornflower and whisk together. Leave to one side for now.
4Heat the oil, over a medium heat, in a wok or large pan, and add the garlic, ginger, chilli and sauté gently for about 2-3 minutes.
5Add the honey to the pan, stirring until it bubbles, for about 1 minute. Then add the lemon juice, dipping sauce, soy sauce, water and cornflower. Keep stirring and bring to the boil allowing the sauce to thicken.
6Add in your prepared carrots, sugar snap peas and corn to the sauce.
7Once your chicken has cooked, remove it from the oven and toss in the sauce to coat
8Garnish by sprinkling the sliced spring onions on top and served on a bed of rice.
