  • Yields: 4

Ingredients

1 Genhaven Foods Southern Fried Chicken Goujons360g pack.

4 large potatoes

1 tsp olive oil

1 pinch salt and pepper

For the Coleslaw

2 medium carrots, grated.

1 white cabbage, very thinly sliced.

150 g mayonnaise.

1 pinch pepper to season.

Directions

1Heat your oven as per the instructions on the Glenhaven pack, remembering that ovens may vary slightly.

2Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking tray and into the oven for 30 to 45 minutes (depending on the size of the potato and your oven type).

3Prepare your homemade coleslaw by mixing the carrots, white cabbage and mayonnaise with seasoning together. Set to one side.

4After potatoes have been baking for about 30 minutes, check to see if they are ready. Remove the potatoes and cover with tin foil if they are cooked, otherwise leave them in.

5Reduce the heat of your oven as per Glenhaven Southern Fried Chicken Goujons bag. Place the Goujons on a baking tray and into the oven.

6Serve immediately once cooked through, with the homemade coleslaw.
