Glenhaven started life in the foodservice industry over 35 years ago. In that time, we’ve learned all there is to know about chicken. From steaks, slices and wings. To goujons, nuggets, fillets and salt & chilli shredded chicken. The list goes on.
So too does the inspiration we take from around the world to help us create catering, take-away and hot deli counter chicken delights that have been going down a treat with customers for more than three decades.
Our speciality is coated, marinated, fully cooked and raw frozen chicken. We’ve perfected the recipes for success over the years and supply a number of the major foodservice brands in Ireland and the UK.
Of course times (and tastes) change and, whilst sticking with the tried and trusted, we’re happy to change with them. So our New Product Development guys keep a watchful eye on what’s hot and what’s not, making sure Glenhaven keeps on doing what we do best – satisfying appetites as well as demand.

Hi we’re the Cahill’s. Our family started Glenhaven right here in Wicklow over 35 years ago, and we’re proud to say, we’re still a 100% Irish, family-owned business today.
